Building Technology, Master of Science (Technology)

The Master's Programme in Building Technology deals with the design, construction, use and maintenance of structures such as buildings and bridges. The programme's four main fields arestructural engineering,building performance,construction managementandmineral-based materials. Within these fields you may choose to focus in topics such as indoor air quality, timber structures, fire safety engineering, and structural mechanics.

Since 2018, we offer a dedicated group of courses under the titleStructures and architecture, thus providing a unique possibility for integrating engineering and design studies.

During your studies you will also develop working life skills, such as analytical and critical thinking, multidisciplinary collaboration and communication. Professional ethics and social and environmental responsibility are an integral part of the education.
